Principles of Operation

Our primary principle of operation is : to minimise the amount of money spent by our clients in their software development .

Many people look at software engineering problems as say 'this is complicated - let's get in an expert' .

We say 'this is complicated - there must be an easier - ie. better - way of doing it' . Hence we tackle it from the point of view of

advancing the art - creating innovative solutions .

We do that , when creating , by looking at :-

1. ease of installation - at all levels .
2. ease of use - in all respects .

Please bear in mind that we are a small company with limited time and financial resources so we can't do all that we would like to do in terms of R&D

The basic business principles that we use are :-

1. ensure that you are selling what the customer wants - you have to be bottom up .
2. differentiate your product - don't sell Koka Kola up against Coca Cola .
3. ensure that you have well motivated staff - they are the engine of your company.
4. anticipate where the market is going and not only keep up with it but get ahead of it .
5. provide the customer with good product and good service at a good price . .
